Account creation and purchases of Products and Services are reserved strictly for professional use. The Terms are therefore not subject to consumer protection legislation.
The Seller may modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time the Client confirms their order (the “Order”).
Before placing an Order, the Client acknowledges having received and accepted the Terms, which are thus binding.
Any Order confirmed on the Website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and an obligation to pay for the ordered Products and/or Services.
The Client declares that they have full knowledge of the Terms and waive reliance on any other document, including their own purchase conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both Parties.

Each Client may have only one account. In case of violation (e.g. multiple accounts, false information), the Seller may suspend or delete the account. Deletion entails permanent loss of access to acquired benefits. Orders already invoiced remain payable.
Clients making their first purchase benefit of a 48-h Trial Offer, granting access to the full Products and Services provided on the Website.
Trial Offer is billed €1.39 (excl. VAT). Payment is made online.
The Client receives an email 24 hours before the trial ends, containing an unsubscribe link.
